Banks Road Primary School is a growing school with more than 290 children on roll. Serving the community of Garston and its surrounding areas, the school values all children as unique individuals and works hard to provide high quality education and care for all. About the Role 
We are looking to appoint three class teachers to work in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 who are: 
- hard working, committed and excellent classroom teachers who have a thirst for improvement
- able to demonstrate excellent classroom management skills to secure the very best outcomes for pupils
- able to demonstrate high expectations of themselves and pupils
- able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of strategies to raise attainment and accelerate progress
- able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- committed to their own professional development
- fully prepared to take a full and active part in all aspects of school life
- adaptable; willing to take on new challenges and able to work in a team to achieve the school’s key priorities and for the best interests of the children and their learning.
