Animobile

On Wednesday 26th September 2018, Animobile arrived at Banks Road. The experts brought along a selection of their animals to us!

Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 were able to feel, feed and learn about the animals, which included: two small sheep, a nanny goat and goat kids, rabbits, guinea pigs, a hen and cockerel and even some VERY LOUD ducks!

The larger animals were waiting for us in their two large pens while the smaller animals were excitedly waiting for us in their cages and hutches.

The children were thrilled to be introduced to a basic introduction to animals, healthy eating or animal welfare.

We all learned something new – it was great!
