What we are Learning this half term:

English – In English this half term, we will be immersing ourselves in the text The Secret of Black Rock by Joe Todd-Stanton. The children will be writing return story sentences and diary sentences.

Maths – In Maths, we will be exploring the topics of length and height and mass and volume.

Science – Our science topic this half term is animal diets.

Geography- We will be exploring the topic 'Living by the Sea.'

Shared Reading – In our reading lessons, we will be exploring a range of texts linking to science. They include The Lion Inside and Something Smells!

P.E. – PE will be on a Thursday. This half term, our topic is outdoor adventure.

DT – In DT, the children will be designing and making their own puppet.
