What we are Learning this half term:

English – In English this half term, we will be immersing ourselves in the text Rapunzel by Bethan Woolvin. The children will be writing traditional tale sentences and trap sentences.

Maths – In Maths, we will be focusing on addition and subtraction within 10.

Science – Our science topic this half term is My Body and My Senses.

Geography – Our geography topic is Living in Cities.

History – In history we will be learning about Two Queens called Elizabeth.

Religion– In RE we will be learning about What we can learn from Sacred Books.

Shared Reading – In our reading lessons, we will be exploring a range of texts linking to fairy tales. They include Mr. Wolf's Pancakes and Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

P.E. – PE will be on a Wednesday. This half term, our topic is Dance.

PSHE – Our next PSHE topic is Celebrating Difference

Art – In Art, the children will be exploring different tecniques used when drawing
