Welcome to Class Year 2P!

What we are learning this half term:

Maths- Money then Multiplication and division. 

English- We are reading the text 'Grandad's Island' by Benji Davies. We will write a return narrative and an information text linked to this text. 

Science- Habitats 

History- Neolitic Era

PSHE- Dreams and Goals

PE-  Tennis. PE will take place each Monday. All children should wear their Banks Road PE kit or jogging suit on this day. 

DT- Food - Fruit salad 

Homework:

Your child has also been provided with a reading book. It is expected that all children should read several times a week which is to be recorded in their reading records.

Maths homework will be set on MyMaths. It is expected that all children complete one task per unit on MyMaths.  https://www.mymaths.co.uk
